- The customer does not complete onboarding
- The customer does not submit requested branding or business information
- The customer delays implementation
- The customer does not fully use the CRM
- The customer changes their mind
- The customer cancels before setup is completed
- The customer chooses not to activate or launch the completed account
2. Monthly Payments Are Nonrefundable
All monthly subscription payments are nonrefundable once charged.
Tax Mastery Pro does not provide:
- Full refunds for a monthly payment
- Partial or prorated refunds
- Credits for unused days
- Credits for unused features
- Refunds based on account inactivity
- Refunds because a customer did not complete onboarding
- Refunds because a customer did not use the CRM during the billing period
Customers are responsible for canceling before their next scheduled billing date to prevent the next monthly payment.
3. Cancel at Any Time
Customers may cancel their Tax Mastery Pro CRM subscription at any time.
Unless otherwise stated in the customer’s agreement, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The account will not renew for another billing period after the cancellation is properly processed.
Canceling does not create a right to a refund for:
- The current billing period
- Previous monthly payments
- Setup or activation fees
- Customization charges
- Add-ons or additional services already purchased
- Work already performed
4. How to Cancel
Customers may cancel their Tax Mastery Pro CRM subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal associated with their account.
To cancel:
- Access your Stripe billing portal using the link provided with your subscription or billing information.
- Locate your active Tax Mastery Pro subscription.

Your cancellation is complete once Stripe confirms that the subscription has been canceled. Unless otherwise stated, access will continue through the end of the current paid billing period, and the subscription will not renew.
Customers should retain the Stripe cancellation confirmation for their records. Canceling through Stripe does not provide a refund or prorated credit for setup fees, monthly payments, or unused time remaining in the current billing period.
5. Data and Documents Before Cancellation
Customers are responsible for downloading and preserving any documents, client records, business records, reports, agreements, or other information they wish to keep before account access ends.
After cancellation becomes effective, access to the CRM and stored information may be restricted or removed. Tax Mastery Pro is not responsible for information a customer fails to export before account closure.
Any post-cancellation data assistance, restoration, migration, or special export request may be unavailable or subject to an additional fee.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or past due, Tax Mastery Pro may:
- Retry the payment method
- Restrict or suspend account access
- Disable selected features
- Pause setup or support services
- Terminate the account
- Pursue unpaid amounts permitted by the customer agreement and applicable law
Suspension or termination for nonpayment does not eliminate amounts already owed.
7. Billing Disputes
Customers should contact Tax Mastery Pro promptly if they believe a charge is incorrect.
Submitting a chargeback does not automatically cancel a subscription. Customers must separately submit a cancellation request using the required cancellation process.
8. Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued when:
- Required by applicable law
- A duplicate payment was processed and verified
- Tax Mastery Pro approves a refund in writing under exceptional circumstances
Any voluntary exception applies only to that specific transaction and does not change this policy for future payments.
9. Acceptance of This Policy
By purchasing a Tax Mastery Pro subscription, paying a setup fee, or using the CRM, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
All setup fees and monthly subscription payments are nonrefundable. The subscription may be canceled at any time, but cancellation does not provide a refund or prorated credit for payments already made.
Have a licensed attorney review this before publishing, especially once your payment processor, cancellation procedure, data-retention period, and exact third-party services are finalized.
